Tika is in the process of becoming a man. Tika's girlfriend, Nicki, is in the process of adjusting to Tika's becoming a man. Realness is a casual and intimate portrait of a relationship confronting the essence of the value of appearing male.Tika confesses that she feels she is being treated more equally as a man, while Nicki expresses some misgivings on the effect that the newly injected testosterone is having on their relationship.
